Safety is of primary importance in our operation. Each of us has the responsibility to make the safety of our co-workers and ourselves a basic concern. It is the philosophy of Shamrock Management, L.L.C. that all accidents, injuries, and near miss incidents are preventable. When an accident occurs, this indicates a deficiency in the management employee system. This objective is fundamental to our well being, as well as to the efficiency of Shamrock Management, L.L.C.. We will direct all attention to ensure this does not happen by providing the necessary guidance, resources, training, and equipment to meet the goal of Zero Accidents. The identification of hazards, setting standards in which to work, measuring the results of those standards, evaluating the results, and taking immediate corrective actions when deficiencies are discovered will be the essential elements of our program.

Safety at all levels is considered as a condition of employment. The indispensable ingredients of a safe working environment are management commitment, a knowledgeable and exemplary supervisory staff, involved safety leaders, and a committed work force. This requires the conscientious dedication of each employee, to the principle that accident prevention, hazard evaluation and control, and safe work practices are essential to performing and executing the day-to-day work activities of their job.

We feel that our employees are our most vital assets.
