Even with rising costs of insurance premiums, Shamrock has eliminated the cost of medical premiums for employees with single coverage and decreased the employee contribution for family coverage to an all time low. Over the last two years we have also eliminated the waiting period for medical benefits, eliminated the waiting and vesting periods for our 401k plan, and increased our company match. |
